2026 Father Devine Team Florida National Duals Qualifier Set for May 1–3 at IMG Academy

Florida’s top wrestlers will converge at IMG Academy in Bradenton from May 1–3, 2026, for the Father Devine Team Florida National Duals Qualifier, one of the most important events on the state’s freestyle and Greco-Roman calendar.

Serving as the official selection event for Team Florida National Duals, the tournament will determine which athletes earn the opportunity to represent the state on a national stage. Wrestlers across the 14U, 16U, and Junior divisions will compete in both freestyle and Greco-Roman styles, bringing together elite talent from across Florida.

The Father Devine Qualifier has long been recognized as a proving ground, where athletes not only compete for individual success but also for the honor of wearing the Team Florida singlet. With roster spots on the line, intensity is expected to be high throughout the weekend.

Beyond the competition, the event plays a critical role in building Team Florida’s national presence, helping identify athletes who can compete with the best in the country. For many wrestlers, this tournament marks the first step toward Fargo and other premier national events.

As the Florida wrestling community continues to grow, the Father Devine Qualifier remains a cornerstone event — one that showcases the state’s depth, toughness, and rising talent.
