POINT SYSTEM for the 2025 Tour of Florida (T.O.F.)

  • T.O.F. Kick Off Clinic(s) : 1 point

  • T.O.F. Tournament(s) : 1 point **everyone must attend at least 1 of these sanctioned events to be eligible for the State Championships**

  • FAWA Major Events: Father Devine & FS/G States : 2 points

  • USAW Major Events: any USAW Regional (our area is Southeast Regionals), USAW Kids Nationals, UWW World Team Trials (Spokane and Las Vegas) :  2 points

What are the points for?

ALL wrestlers are required to compete in at least 1 sanctioned ‘Tour of Florida’ tournament to be eligible for the FS/G State Championships.

A stipend is earned based on placement at the qualifier(s) and will work as a discount off the full price cost for the trip the wrestler qualifies for.

[NEW to 2025] To claim a Stipend;  Wrestlers must compete in at least 1 sanctioned T.O.F. tournament and earn at least 4 points to be eligible for a Team Florida Dual’s or Fargo Stipend.

*If it is not an officially sanctioned Tour of Florida event, it will not count towards a wrestlers point total. If you are unsure please check the FAWA website or contact a Team Leader for more information.

Coaches who want to be Team Leader’s at National Duals / Fargo will have the same basic requirements as wrestlers claiming a stipend. Attend and volunteer at a minimum of 1 Tour of Florida event and earn 4 points to be considered for any Team Leader position.
