Team Florida,

We’re excited to share an update regarding the Tour of Florida (T.O.F.) and the upcoming Father Devine National Duals Qualifier.

First, we want to thank all of our members who stepped on the mat during the first two weekends of the Tour of Florida. The response has been outstanding.

In just two weekends, the T.O.F. has reached over 2,000 registrations.

That level of participation is a direct reflection of the continued growth of wrestling across our state and the strength of our community. Each year, our goal is to raise the standard—and you are making that happen.

It’s also important to clarify:

• 100% of T.O.F. tournament revenue goes directly to the host club.

• FAWA does not receive any revenue from T.O.F. events.

• In fact, FAWA covers sanction fees and Certificates of Insurance (COI) for host clubs using USA Wrestling registration and bracketing.

When Florida comes together like this, it represents something bigger than competition—it reflects the unity and momentum of our entire wrestling community. Thank you for being part of it.

Father Devine National Duals Qualifier – Key Information

With Father Devine approaching, please review the following to ensure a smooth registration and competition experience:

Registration

• Registration is completed through your USA Wrestling profile:
  USAW Tab → Event Search → Florida → Father Devine

Coaches Bands

• Coaches bands are FREE of charge

• Coaches must have a current USA Wrestling Leader Membership (Coach’s Card)

• No mat-side coaching without a coach’s band

Pricing Deadline

• Registration prices will increase on April 25, 2026

• Any unpaid registrations in your cart at the time of the price increase will be removed, and a new registration will be required at the updated price

Weigh-Ins

• All athletes must present a valid USA Wrestling card with a scannable barcode or QR code

• You can access this by:

  • Logging into your profile

  • Selecting “Manage Profile” → “Print Card”

  • Screenshot or print is acceptable

Club Affiliation

• FAWA will not adjust athlete profiles

• If needed, update your club affiliation under:

  • Manage Profile → Club Affiliation

• Note: Club affiliations must be approved by the club moderator prior to weigh-ins
